When Ueda-san eats the food prepared by his elf neighbors, he becomes restless and gets an unusually strong erection. One night, Sophilia brings him dinner as usual, however she comes back shortly after and says that she made a mistake with the amount of herbs from her homeland. They have a powerful aphrodisiac effect, and if he doesn't ejaculate immediately, it could cause permanent damage to his reproductive function.
